Extensive technical installation – a "stage" longer than a football field, capable of being raised and lowered in the water, hundreds of fountains and an elaborate undergirding of passive and active floatation devices – continues in the lagoon at Disney's California Adventure. When all the work is done, the lagoon is filled, and rehearsals are completed, this will be the setting for "World of Color," the spectacular water, animation and special effects show which will open in Spring 2010 in Disney's California Adventure.  "World of Color" is the next major milestone in the ongoing expansion of the park.
